The LIIN Philosophy
Skincare does not need more ingredients. It needs the right ones. Every LIIN formulation starts with one question: what does the skin need, and which botanicals can deliver it? From there, the formulation stays small — never more than six ingredients, each included because the skin requires it, not because convention expects it. What remains is skincare with intent: waterless, botanical, and accountable for every ingredient it contains.
Less, by design
No formulation exceeds six ingredients. This is not restraint for its own sake. It is discipline — it leaves nowhere for an ingredient to hide. Each botanical earns its place twice: once for what it offers alone, again for what it becomes alongside the others. The result is considered, never crowded.
Waterless by choice
Most skincare begins with water. LIIN does not. Working without it means working with botanicals at full strength — concentrated oils, and powders left dry until the moment they’re used. Nothing here is diluted to stretch further or feel lighter than it is. Start with what has value. Don’t dilute it.
No synthetic polymers
LIIN does not use synthetic polymers to build texture. The botanicals do that work themselves. What a LIIN formulation feels like on the skin comes from its ingredients — not from a structure built around them.
Botanicals chosen for what they contain
Every botanical is chosen for its chemistry, not its reputation. Frankincense, for its boswellic acids. Green tea, for catechins and polyphenols. Rosehip, for its carotenoids. Turmeric, for curcuminoids. Each has its own history and character — chosen because there is something within it worth including, not because it reads well on a label.
The power is in the relationship
No botanical stands alone in a LIIN formulation. The question is never only what an ingredient does. It’s what happens when it meets the others — one bringing nourishment, another antioxidant depth, another balance. Together, they become more considered than any one ingredient alone. This is why each product is formulated as a whole, not assembled from parts. The ingredients are not a collection. They are a composition.

LIIN is built on naturally derived botanicals, and on the belief that skincare doesn’t need synthetic complexity. Every formulation is entirely natural. Every ingredient has a clear purpose.
