Returns & Refunds

  • You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
  • Products can be returned whether opened or unopened - we understand you need to try skincare to know if it works for you
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@liinskin.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and address
  4. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@liinskin.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Allergic Reactions

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, please discontinue use immediately and contact us. We'll provide a full refund and work with you to understand what happened.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that show signs of excessive use or tampering.
