The Intention
Nora belongs to the morning. A daily oil, light enough to disappear into the day rather than sit ahead of it. The ambition was restraint: enough nourishment to soften the skin, none of the weight that makes an oil feel misplaced once the day begins. What emerged is a small collection of botanical oils, brought together to support the skin's own balance and leave the complexion fresh, supple and quietly lit from within.
The Chemistry
Pomegranate sits at the centre of Nora—concentrated, antioxidant-rich and naturally abundant in punicic acid. It is the oil's quiet core, the ingredient the rest of the formulation is built to support rather than compete with.
Grapeseed lends lightness, its naturally occurring linoleic acid and antioxidant compounds working alongside pomegranate without adding to its richness. Virgin olive oil follows with something softer—a conditioning weight, just enough to leave the skin comfortable through the day.
Vitamin E closes the oil phase, its antioxidant properties a quiet support rather than a headline. Lavender and ylang ylang complete the formulation, lending it scent rather than substance—a botanical signature, nothing more.
Nothing here competes. Each ingredient is present because the formulation asked for it, and for no other reason.
The Craftsmanship
Nora is deliberately spare. Its proportions were chosen not for effect, but for restraint—a finish that stays light, smooth and unobtrusive against the skin.
Each batch is made in small quantities, by hand, so the character of the botanical oils survives the process rather than being smoothed away by it. A few drops are enough. Pressed into the skin each morning, Nora is not something applied before the day begins—it becomes part of how the day begins.
